Air your feet as often as possible - even if you are self conscious, you can still go barefoot at home.
Last but not least, you should know that curing toenail fungus takes a long time. You may notice a difference relatively quickly, but it can take up to a year for a big toenail to grow out - and you need to make sure our nail is healthy before you stop treatment -this is a tough fungus, it won't go away without a fight!
